Easy.ink Return Policy

We totally understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected, and we're here to help!

For any easy.ink products, we’re happy to assist within 14 days from the date your order was received.

Due to hygienic reasons, we’re unable to accept physical product returns. However, we can offer an easy.ink store credit or, in certain cases, a refund.*

If you contact us after the 14-day window, we may still be able to issue a store credit. Please note, returns or refunds cannot be processed for any orders older than 30 days.

Refunds are currently only available for orders placed within the United States and Canada. Feel free to reach out to us at support@easy.ink with any questions regarding your order.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Freehand Ink & Accessories
  • Flash Books
  • Custom Tattoos
  • E-Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

Additionally, please note that easy.ink reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or abuse. *Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products?

If your product arrives damaged or if you run into issues applying your tattoo, don’t worry! Just reach out to us, and your order may qualify for a one-time resend or store credit. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) with the issue
  • A brief description or photo of the defect or problem

Once we review your inquiry, we’ll guide you on the next steps.


How to Request a Credit or Refund?

It’s easy! Simply send an email to support@easy.ink with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) and quantity in question
  • The reason for your refund request
